4. Cookies actually used

No audience measurement, advertising or tracking tool is declared here unless it is actually used. To date, the site uses only the following strictly necessary items:

• “locale” — cookie set by WELLWISH. Purpose: remember the chosen language so the site is displayed in that language. Category: strictly necessary. Duration: 12 months.
• “ww-cookies-ack” — value stored in your browser's local storage by WELLWISH. Purpose: remember that the information banner has been read. Category: strictly necessary. Duration: 6 months. This value stays on your device and is never transmitted.

4 bis. No advertising or tracking technology

The site currently sets no advertising cookie, no audience measurement cookie and no third-party tracker.

Should such a tool be added, this policy would be updated and the name, provider, purpose, duration and category of each tracker concerned would be stated here.

5. Consent

No tracker subject to consent is set on this site. The banner displayed on your first visit is therefore an information notice, not a consent collection mechanism.

Should trackers subject to consent come to be used, an interface would be put in place beforehand allowing you to accept all, refuse all or customise your choices, and none of those trackers would be set before your choice.

Refusal must not prevent access to the site's essential features.

6. Changing or withdrawing consent

Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it.

In the absence of any tracker subject to consent, you may at any time erase the data stored by the site from your browser settings. A preference management mechanism will be made available on the site if trackers subject to consent are added.

7. Retention of your choice

The choice expressed regarding cookies may be remembered so that users are not asked on every visit.

WELLWISH applies a duration consistent with the recommendations of the competent supervisory authority. For reference, the CNIL considers that a six-month period for retaining the choice to accept or refuse is generally appropriate.

At the end of that period, consent may be requested again.

8. Cookie lifetime

The lifetime of a cookie depends on its purpose and on the service concerned.

Trackers are not retained beyond the period necessary for their purpose. The durations applicable to the items currently used are set out in section 4.

You may also configure your browser to control or delete certain cookies.

Disabling strictly necessary cookies may however affect the operation of certain features.
